Intro and is cramping, low back pain normal?

Hi everyone, I’m TTC since last year and now on clomid #1. Getting lots of cramping in abdomen /left side and low back pain. Nothing is unbearable it’s just noticeable. Not over thinking pregnancy symptoms just making sure this isn’t abnormal. I’ve seen some posts where cramps are common. Last night first time I had a terrible headache. And bit of nausea, nothing major though. 
    As long as it’s normal I’m fine waiting although the TWW is always torture. Lol. Any advise is appreciated!!

Yes this is normal. I had the same symptoms and called my MD office. They said as long as the abdominal pain wasn’t unbearable or severe it was normal. That the symptoms are just your body preparing to ovulate. My symptoms improved when I finished my 5 pills however I still had abdomen/pelvic if pressure and mild pain the entire cycle.
