Being my 3rd you think I would know...

Kyra

I know this is my 3rd pregnancy, so one would imagine that I have figured out the age old questions..hahaha NOPE! I'm 4wks 4days and all day off and on nausea. You know the nausea you get when riding in the car while your New York husband drives thinking its the Daytona 500. There is no vomiting, just the increased urge that it could happen.

I try to reach in my memory bank wondering "did I get this symptom this early with my daughter....no I think it was around 6wks and boy was that all day sicknessthe worst" "hmmmm what about my son (now 15months)...nope I rarely got sick with him". Then I start to get that worry feeling that all pregnant women get no matter if it is the first or the fourth...questioning the normality of this pregnancy.

I'm sure this is normal to this pregnancy standards, but it still creates an anxiousness especially when you read or hear about someone's unfortunate loss. Then those crazy hormones set in and you start to cry thinking about it and then cry cause you feel guilty secretly wishing please don't be me.I am not ashamed to admit it I have had miscarriages in the past trying to conceive my son and would never blame someone thinking that.

The point of this long story is, it is good to know that whether a first time mom or a third time mom, we all worry for the well being of our babies. We are moms it is what we do. Just know that all of us here have each others back because we all are scratching our heads saying:

Is it really normal?
