Hcg levels are slowly rising

Hcg levels last Wednesday : 93.3

Hcg levels the following Friday : 137

As you can see. My hcg did not double. Am I okay. My nurse said that it is not abnormal but I am still getting another blood test. This is my second pregnancy. First pregnancy was unfortunately a misscarriage. And I’m hoping this pregnancy is not the case. Also I’m not having ANY symptoms of miscarriage so far. For instance, I’m not having any bleeding. So what should I do? Should I worry. I also looked it up and this is what I got.
