Weight loss
I’ve been going to the gym about 4-5 times a week for about 4 months now, doing about 20 min of cardio each time and alternating muscle groups each day. I didn’t cut out unhealthy foods completely but I’ve been cutting down on the unhealthy stuff and cut down on snacking and how frequently I eat, but every couple weeks when I step on the scale the number just keeps going up. I know muscle is heavier than fat so part of the weight gain might be muscle gain but I also want to want to see a result. The increase in number really brings down my motivation to keep going. I have a slow metabolism that I got from my dad, so I feel like that’s an obstacle I can’t get through. Any tips on how I can start seeing results and feeling more confident?
