False labour.. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

So I’m 40+6 weeks and I’ve been trying everything to bring on labour.

This morning I decided to try nipple stimulation with my breast pump... within 10minutes I was having contractions.

They started out really close together 2-3 minutes and have stayed that way... they are getting longer though...

It’s been an hour and a half and I’ve been expecting it to stop but it hasn’t...

False labour? Or real labour???

Should I be ringing my husband to come home from work????
