When did you start weaning from the bottle?

My little guy goes to daycare so he really needs to be off by the time he’s a year old or a couple weeks after. 
Also how...? My guy is 10 months old and takes 4 bottles a day still.

I started doing milk in a cup for meals and during the day and did that for a month or so and then I just stopped the nighttime bottle all together. I think she was a few months past a year old.

Honestly it was different for both my kids lol. One of them wanted “adult food” and got tired of a bottle before a year and my oldest I had to wean off the bottle at a year. I’d say when he shows interest in adult food it’s a good time to start to slowly transition but your pediatrician can always help with concerns!

My daughter was about 6 months when we stopped the bottles because she was fully baby food fed. I just threw them away along with the binks. She didn’t have a hard time adjusting at all. Some babies are different maybe try one day with a sippy and see what happens.

I threw them away the day she turned one. But before that she I transition her by giving her cup most of the day instead of bottle.

I threw them all away the day my son turned one. I literally didn’t wean him off or anything! I just put his milk in sippy cups and that was it! Haha! He was fine :)

We started weaning our daughter at nine months.👌🏾 I started to put my breast milk into a sippy cup once per day, then gradually increased it. By 11 months, she was completely off the bottle.
