10 month old not sleeping

My 10 month old has a very odd sleeping schedule at the moment. We are currently co-sleeping and She used to sleep through the night but now she wakes up full of energy in the middle of the night and wants to play. Since we’re co-sleeping i would usually just let her tire herself out by crawling around our bed but she started going toward the edge and i’ve become so tired that i just take her into the living room and let her play. I’ve tried giving her baths and i’ve given her gripe water but nothing seems to be working i’m getting so stressed out from the lack of sleep. Any advice?
