Is it ok to fly during the first trimester?

My Husband and I have our wedding planned for 12 May in his country and I’m currently 5W1D pregnant. Would it be ok to
Fly in May? I would still be in my first trimester tho. And it would be a 3 hr flight! I’m thinking if we should postpone the wedding till I’m in my 2nd trimester but a lot of people have already booked their flights. 
But I’m aware I’m Super blessed with this baby and it’s a good problem to have.

I don’t see why it wouldn’t be unless you’re flying to a country with risk of Zika maybe? Check with your doctor? Good luck!

Ya I’d say flying is totally fine but depends on the destination and if there is any Zika risk.

I think the only real "risk" (and it's not even risky) is deeper into the first trimester morning sickness is worse, so you could just feel bad. I'm in the same boat, I have wedding to go to on 5/19. I plan to bring it up when I see my doctor for any tips, but I'm sure it'll be fine!
