Please help

Teething baby symptoms??

Mine is 6 months first teeth came through already but he’s been so fussy and irritable

Hasn’t slept well only wants to be held and running a fever of 101 for the last 3 days

Is this normal or should I call his dr ????? I w been giving him Tylenol or Motrin and Camila teething relief but it only gets us by for a couple hours and he’s still very fussy

I also checked his mouth but only see his one tooth I’m just worried bc of the fever maybe it’s something else
