Girls.. i need advice!

So I think it was around last August or September I got the nexplanon, so I've had it in for a while and I feel like ever since I've got it in my sex drive went down a lot. I just had a baby last April and he will be one April 29th so I had to get it and the pill wasn't for me anymore. Well for the past month me and my SO have not been having sex, maybe once or twice a week and 2 times is iffy. And ever since I've gotten it i haven't really been wanting to have sex like I used to be really big for having sex but now I don't care for at all and it doesn't even interest me. I am 18 and scared my relationship is gonna dift away or something because I literally don't wanna have sex. Like I do but i don't.. (if that makes sense).. just need some advice on what to do, should I get it removed? Or should I try something else? Not really sure what to do so any advice would be helpful, would love to hear similar stories.. thank you ladies ❤️❤️
