How do you know when it’s time to stop?

My LO is 6 months old and my production has been slipping a lot. We’re not getting sleep at night. He was getting up every hour and now we’re down to every other hour. And I’ve recently gotten the head cold or sinus infection that everyone else has passed around. I can’t seem to shake it between the coughing and lack of sleep.

So is it time to stop pumping? LO stopped latchin about a month 1/2 ago when he got his first ear infection.. I have a freezer stash I can use.

I just don’t know how to know when it’s time to stop or I should stop?

How did you stop? Or know when you should?
