Blocked milk duct?

I am one month in to exclusively breastfeeding and since yesterday my right breast has a swollen hardened area between my armpit and my nipple. It feels kinda lumpy, but they feel like swollen lymph nodes. I have noticed a reduced supply but my LO is still able to feed from it. But it generally feels quite engorged so I know the milk isn’t getting drained... I’m using heat pads, massage, vibrators and pumping to get the flow going more easily and I’ve just managed to express 30ml/1oz and it has softened things up, but not completely 😫 it’s quite painful. What more can I do?
