update: i’m not sure if i was pregnant. i took a test about 2 weeks after possible conception and it was negative. if i was pregnant, it was about 4-5 weeks.

Take a pregnancy test if you want to be sure. If it’s positive, it was a miscarriage. Negative, uterine lining. I’m so sorry if you miscarried. :(

If you were pregnant then yes, I’m sorry. 
If you were not or unsure, then it’s hard to tell. Could just be a heavy period.
