Anti kell mamas!?

Not sure if I’ll get a response here but I’m hoping someone who has been through similar will see this...I was diagnosed with anti kell in the beginning of my pregnancy, my baby is fine because my husband is not a carrier and i was exposed to it through blood transfusion with my first born. My question is related to breastfeeding, and if me having it will affect me being able to breastfeed? I’m worried my nipples will crack/bleed like they did and my baby will also be exposed to the kell antibody. I asked my doctor but she didn’t give me an answer that confidently said I could/couldn’t. I know this is probably way out there but thanks in advance!
