Hemorrhoid relief.. help please

Okay so I am 28+4 weeks with my second child. I started this pregnancy with some serious hemorrhoids from labor with my first (pushing for three hours will honestly make it look and feel like your butthole fell out 🤷🏻‍♀️😒). They didn’t bother me too much besides being embarrassing until the last week or so. I’m so uncomfortable lately and need some advice on relief. What has worked for you? Has anyone also had theirs removed? I’m seriously considering it after I have this baby(this is my last planned pregnancy. Don’t plan on anymore kids unless we have a surprise).
