Possible miscarriage

I’m 7 weeks pregnant (tomorrow) and have been experiencing tender nipples and morning sickness (bad morning sickness) for the last week and all the sudden both have stopped. Well I still feel a little sick and have zero energy, but for the most part I feel like my symptoms are gone. I had a missed miscarriage a few months ago so of course I’m worried about symptoms declining/going away. I messaged my doctor today and she said I could come in for an ultrasound but I already have one on the 16th and can wait. Anyway, is this normal or not? I don’t feel like I need to go in for peace of mind, just curious if anyone else has experienced this.
