What kind of CM is this ?

For the past month I’ve been having weird CM and idk what it could be . Hoping y’all could help me out . Is it light period ? Is it ovulation? Or is it implantation ? For the past weeks , I’ve had light cramping , nausea , headaches , light headed . Took a digital pregnancy test a little over a week ago and came out negative . Discharge stoppe for a week and just cake back today again eggwhite with tinge if pink/light blood . Should I retest or not even try and get my hopes up ? Any idea ?
