Need Advise

So I am a Sophomore and there is this guy that I like and I am having a hard time telling how he feels ab me. We're gonna call him B. Ok so it all started way back in freshman year. We had a class together and sat next to eachother.

Everyday B would put his leg against mine and I wouldn't move it and it would just stay like that the rest of class and he would like tap his leg against mine and whatever. Whenever he would talk to me he would lean in super close to my face, he would play with my hair, throw things at me, and (this is weird) draw penises on my paper. And at one point he put his hand on my thigh.

Then during the summer we would dm every now and then and come sophomore year we started texting more often(he was even gonna let me borrow his Jersey for ffn)

Then he started talking to this girl and when he did he stopped messaging me as frequently😔

Like a month later they were done talking and he started texting me again but it stayed hmwk related and then briefly we just stopped really talking but he would alwayyyys look at me(like all the damn time) and not until recently did we start talking to eachother again

And I realized I am still falling for this dude who had seriously got me confused af

And I want to do something but I have not a clue what
