Should I return it?

I’m pregnant and a FTM. I ordered the rock n play by fisher price and it came last week. I know so many people personally who had it and swore by it and the price is great so I got it. But this article came out and it’s been everywhere and now I’m freaking out. The thing is the babies weren’t buckled maybe that’s the problem? I wouldn’t let my baby sleep in it over night only while I’m next to him on the couch during the day. Do you think this is a fisher price problem or parents need to be more Cautious? Does anyone have or recently bought this rock n play ?
