Cramping or Braxton Hicks?

I’m 23 weeks and I’m feeling what feels like cramps in my lower abdomen but I’ve also read that braxton hicks can happen around this time and feel like cramps... Can anyone describe what Braxton Hicks feel like more than just cramping? 😂

My Braxton Hicks is like my belly tightens and looks misshaped. Like i can see where baby is laying. usually happened when I had to pee. Towards the end it was all the time though. Never really felt like cramps. Could you be dehydrated or have a uti. When I cramp during pregnancy it’s one of those things.

For me, i just feel my belly get rock hard. It used to tighten up for about 30-40 secs. It happens more often, depending on how active i've been..
Now i get them for a min or two & i feel lots of pressure, belly real tight, & it comes w period like cramps. I'm 36 weeks + 2
