Bleeding at 7 weeks

I’m currently 7w 3d along in my second pregnancy. And everything in this pregnancy is COMPLETE opposite of what I had in my first. Well yesterday I went pee and noticed when I wiped I had blood. Well it was nothing I thought I should be too worried since the rest of the day was fine and nothing was showing up in the toilet. Well today I woke up and noticed bleeding in my underwear a few drops of blood well in the toilet there was blood not clots just blood. REALLLLLY scared. But my mom said she got her period with all of her girls and this is what my blood looks like. My light period. Idk what to do
