Keto and NEAT questions -newbie
So I’m a mom of two and have currently gained some weight back over the winter. Well let’s be honest it’s a significant amount of weight. We are going to be trying for our third but I’d like to have a better foundation and be healthy before getting pregnant.
I’ve heard a lot about the keto diet.
I’m worried about the keto flu. Does it affect everyone and how bad is it?
Also what is the difference between strict,lazy, and dirty keto?
What has worked best for you?
And for the NEAT:
How do you up yours? And how do you calculate it?
