Okay ladies and gents I need some outside opinions. I'm pregnant and so I know I am hormonal, and this concerns my younger brother. I just want to make sure I am not overreacting.

So my brother and his girlfriend are taking a break right now. He needs to figure something's out and needs some space.

Well she let him borrow her car because she has another one. No big deal. Well today I guess they had made plans to meet and he didn't show so now she is mad. Understandable yes I know.

Well since he is driving the car he has been paying the insurance on it, and that makes sense. Well today she said, and this is verbatim what she texted me.

(If he stops paying the insurance on the Saturn I'm going to have to demand it back or report it stolen)

Now when I read this I understand it as she is either going to demand her car back, or she is going to just report it stolen.

Now if she let him borrow it and does not tell him she wants it back then it is not stolen. But if she does tell him and he refuses then it is stolen.

I can understand her getting the cops involved if she asked him and he refused. But if she doesn't tell him and just calls them, well...Needless to say I am not going to be happy.

So what do you guys think?

Is she saying she will demand it back first then report it as stolen? Or is she saying that I think she is saying?

I do not want to blow this up if I don't have to.
