?? Random period return after not having one for over a year?
I’ve had my IUD (Liletta) for over a year now,
After I believe the third month of having it in I have no had a period at all, I’ve spotted like once or twice but nothing more than that. But my period randomly came back today without any cramps or anything, it’s light but still need more than just a pantry liner

Has anyone else on an IUD had their period completely stop for over a year and then randomly return ?? Anything to worry about ?
