My first pregnancy was a chemical where I just bled like a week later than my normal period. So I still used that as CD1.

I just had a d&c from losing this baby at 12 and a half weeks and I don’t know if I should use that as CD1. I know it’s not an actual period because it was basically a forced shedding of the lining I guess. But I mostly just want to keep track of how long it takes to get my period back, etc.
