Getting back to pre-baby shape
Anyone have tips on getting back to your pre pregnancy weight? I’m currently 9 weeks due with my 1st in Nov. I exercise about 5 days a week. I have a wedding in Feb 2019 so of course I’m panicking that a little under four months won’t be enough time to feel “normal” again. I might sound like a bitch but just “accepting” the new weight is not an option for me.
