Ttc baby number one dr update

Just left the dr and he told me not do it every other day during my fertile week bc it lowers sperm count and instead do it on ovulation day only and to only track my bbt 🤨🤨🤨 anyone get pregnant and they did it every other day during their fertile week?

He also said my husband must go get a sperm analysis test before they can go any further with me and he is refusing 🙄 he says he is embarrassed to go do that 🙄
