Diet ideas?

Hey! I'm currently 5'5 and 145 lbs. I promised myself I would lose a little weight (about 5-10 lbs) in time for my sister's college graduation in early May. I want to look good for her big day (at least until her wedding!). I've read about a lot of diets like the military diet and the keto diet. I don't particularly like exercise, so about 10 minutes a day is as much as I will do. Also, this can't cost money (like ordering food boxes online or exercise equipment). I know I probably sound picky. I really just want to drop this weight for this graduation! If you have any suggestions, ideas or tips please comment! Thank you!!!
