Opinions?

My period is 16 days late, I started brown spotting on Wednesday & it was pretty much done with this morning (it was so light I didn't even have to wear anything it was just there when I wiped after I peed) we just had sex & now I have this which started right after I showered after sex (there was nothing during or at clean up time after sex) so I guess this is my period? Tested Friday & had a negative test. Super bummed & confused. Please no rude comments. 😞
