Why isn't my baby happy? 😭

My baby is almost 15 weeks old and she's just overall a cranky baby. She doesn't have colic or reflux although some days spits up more than others. she started smiling around 6 weeks but only occasionally gives big grins and everyone gets them more often than I do. She still isn't rolling because she screams when we do tummy time, she starts to cry if we play with one toy for too long, hold her in one spot for too long or carry her a certain way for too long. She screams in baby carriers, screams if I put her down and don't immediately have her on her back and rattling toys for her. She has a dummy but spits it out immediately if she's not happy and refuses it if she's really upset. She screams when she's hungry and I don't feed her immediately, she screams when we try to get her to sleep. She only cat naps during the day and wakes up even crankier. I see all these happy, chilled out babies and I have like two photos of my baby smiling because it's so rare. I feel so jealous and then I feel bad because I should love spending time with my daughter but honestly she's just such a grumpy baby 😭 everyone keeps asking when she's going to laugh and I just keep saying 'never' 😭😥
