Help! FET days away & I need tips!

My 3rd FET since November is scheduled for Monday, April 15th. The first two FETs failed. My RE has done multiple types of testing and everything came back normal. We have done the ERA (after the first failed FET) and know how many days of progesterone I need in order to be receptive.

This is our last viable frozen embryo and we don’t not plan to do another ER, so I feel like this is our last shot at IVF. Therefore, I’m trying to put together a list of dos and don’ts that will possibly help with implantation/BFP.

Please give me any dos and donts that you can think of! 🙏🏼
