Is it really true???

I'm 40 and have been trying to conceive for 2 years..tried clomid, tamoxifen and had a failed ivf due to no eggs. I went to my consultant yesterday who basically said I have no eggs left even though I have an AMH of 8. He said there was hardly a chance of conceiving unless I used donor eggs...and even that was low. I came home feeling so sad...

I'm 5 days late on my period but I heard that is common for your second period after ivf however I tested and got two lines!! Can I be pregnant or could it be hormones in my body since the Ivf at the end of Feb???

Also I am getting very mild period cramps...can that still happen if I'm pregnant?
