OHSS help !

At my third scan I had over 40 follicles with 20 on each follicle. We knew I was over stimulated.

Egg retrieval done, 23 eggs collected. I am on the 2 days after egg retrieval and drinking 5litres a day and on blood thinners (clexane) and dostinex (cabergoline tablets).

I am feeling so stretched and my skin over my stomach is so tight.

Does this go away ? Do I just monitor it ?

Any help or tips ?

I fly to Europe in 2 weeks so I’m starting to panic
