Shivering at random? 🤔

So I have noticed over the past few months, I shiver at random, and every time that this happens, it lasts 3 seconds and my eyes roll back into to my head during it, then everything is normal. Admittedly, it feels good, it’s not painful, but it concerns me because I never used to do this before. As I said they happen at random, sometimes when I’m not doing anything, just had one now while writing this. It happens a lot about 4 times during car rides. And I’m not sick, or cold when these happen. It happens to me probably more than 5 times a day, less than 10. I’m a 22 year old female, not pregnant, not sure if that info matters, but I decided to provide it. I’m not prone to seizures or anything. Maybe the shivering is normal, it doesn’t really impact my daily life too much, it’s just noticeable enough, but I don’t think it is normal? I’ll bring it up to my doctor, but thought I’d see if anyone experiences it too.
