Migraine relief ???

Hello girls, just wondering if anyone had any tips for migraine relief?? Ivenever had one before and I’ve been in agony for two days😩 I also can’t swallow and have a fever from hell😔 any help is appreciated, thank you 🥴😊

i get chronic migraines, i throw up almost every time i get them. 
1) go into a dark place, (close curtains turn off lights and tvs etc) 
2) lower the noise (turn off radios, tvs, whatever)
3) get an ice pack and place it on your head and lie down
4) drink something with caffeine, tea, soda, coffee
5) i have this headache medicine that dulls the pain a little, it's a powder. it's called aleve headache medicine (i live in america but i heard that painstop works in europe too)
