Is eating 1500 calories a day okay while pregnant?
I haven’t heard back on this from my doctor yet, but I completely fell off my trying to lose weight wagon when I found out I was pregnant.
I was eating 1500 calories a day, working out, walking 4+ miles a day, and losing about 1-2 pounds a week. I’ve been doing it on and off for about a year and have lost 30 pounds. Am I okay to continue?
I am 5 weeks 2 days.
