Bleeding nipples 😭😣

So my daughter is 6 days old today and my nipples have already been through the ringer breastfeeding 😥 I’m 100% determined to figure this out tho. I’ve been using nipple shields bc she was having trouble latching which is originally why my nipples were bruised and ended up bleeding while I was feeding her the other day. SO I guess I’m here to ask who else has this happened to ?? And what did you do about it? Also my right breast is extremely engorged and my left one is definitely slacking. So I’m stuck and just wanna make sure my baby is getting all the milk she needs
