Clogged milk duct. Please help
Hi ladies, I think I have a clogged milk duct in my left boob. Had my baby 2.5 weeks ago. Exclusively pumping breast milk. All of a sudden I started having radiating pains in my boob, and I can feel a small lump too. as well my production is not as much as it was yesterday. Now in the middle of the night can’t sleep due to pain. Please help me, how do I resolve this? 😭
