PCOS Mommy

I have PCOS recently been getting my cycles all over the place. My this last one was a bit weird I didn’t ovulate when I was suppose to and didn’t have a period like I was suppose to. Was put in metformin last cycle. And told my husband that we don’t conceive I will stop trying for good. This is our 6 month ttc just like it was for our first boy ... and before I had my first I had PCOS. So it only made sense to stop at 6 months. So anyways about a little over a week ago I had a dream that I had a baby girl (I have two boys) and so I bought a pregnancy test and it was negative. So I took an ovulation test and it was dark as heck so my husband and I did the deed and today I felt sick as well as yesterday and very dizzy and took a test minutes ago and looks like I got my first positive. What do you guys think????
