Dull ache?

So I had an ectopic on 2/6 and now two months later I’m pregnant again! We are very shocked but I’m having a dull ache on my right side (lost me left tube) so now I’m super scared of another ectopic 😭 anyone had any experiences with this?! These two pregnancies have already been so different but I’m still scared

My mum had an ectopic pregnancy 2 month before getting caught with me. She had her tube removed, drs said her and my dad would struggle to conceive together (he only had one testicle due to cancer). I know it must be awful, but try to think of both pregnancies as two different journeys. My mum was plain sailing with me.
I'm currently 5w4d and have been getting horrible dull aches around my stomach. Cant put pressure on it. Cant touch it. Common consensus is that this is perfectly normal. It is the stomach expanding and stretching. So it will feel like we have had a bloody good sit up session for a while.
If you notice any sign of a bleed, or you can't move because of cramps, then call your dr. But if not, then sit back and enjoy the not so pleasant experience :)
