Feeling insecure

I’m seeking advice. I’ve been with my boyfriend for 3 years. The honeymoon faze is completely over and I know he’s an ass man. I have no ass but DD breast. Usually we have sex like twice or three times a month but because I mention it and I feel he just gives me sex to shut me up. Because we sometimes argue over this. I haven’t brought it up and we’re going on a month w/o sex. I know he masturbates, that’s where my insecurities come from. I feel I don’t turn him on. Before I didn’t mind because our sex life was great. 3 to 4 times a week. I have a high sex drive and he knows this. I’m just at a point where I love him so much but I have needs to. We have been through so much together but I feel this is pushing me away.
