If you mean you are bleeding but it’s not your period’s I one yet, then it could be more than one thing. It could be caused by a change of diet or Activity.
I t could be caused by stress or change in living conditions. 
It could be caused by an infection if it doesn’t look like a period or dryness.
It could an implementation bleeding if you are trying to conceive. 
There might be other reasons as well, better see/call your Gyno if you are concerned.
