Just diagnosed with AS
Hi, I just yesterday was diagnosed with Akylosing spondylitis. I'm 21 & have been seeking relief from the pain since 17. I'm kinda unsure what comes next or what I can do myself to help outside of the medications the rheumatologist prescribes. Any advice? Tips? Also how did it effect your fertility or ttc?
