Anyone know what this could be?

I recently ended what I thought was my period on the 8th it wasn’t like a normal period it was light with a few clots normally it’s really heavy, it lasted 9 days my normal period only lasts 7

April 1st-spotted

April 2nd- bleed

April 3rd- bleed

April 4th- bleed

April 5th- bleed

April 6th- bleed

April 7th bleed/ spotted

April 8th-spotted ( morning) stopped late afternoon

April 9th spotted started very early this morning

Then tonight when I wiped I seen this
