Does anybody else have really awful ovulation pain?

I got my positive opk yesterday afternoon and I’ve had awful period cramps since yesterday evening, when I need a number 2 it’s so painful and I just generally feel really sick, does anybody else experience this?

I get really bad cramping during ovulation even the day after sex normally hurts because I feel sore

I do some times but I suffer from IBS so just assumed it was that 🙄
