I need help.

Me and my boyfriend rarely have privacy. So when we do we get hot and heavy. While we are at it we forget protection sometimes but he pulls out. And yesterday he came inside me but with a condom on. I just want to know some home remedies to avoid pregnancy or to end pregnancy if I’m already pregnant from the other times. I really can’t have a child right now. I don’t even have a house or a job. I feel horrible.
