12 DPO, 6 months trying and BFN this morning. I give up....

Got another BFN this morning, which i guess i shouldnt be surprised, i knew it was going to happen as my boobs have stopped being sore, so AF is on her way, and due tomorrow. I had a tubal reversal in february and we have been TTC since March. I been using opk's, preseed, Ovia and Glow for tracking all to no avail. I give up. I know there are others that have been trying for way longer, but it just feels hopeless, i dont know how you all do it. I think i am going to stop tracking, and trying for a while. Every month is just a disappointment..
