Irregular Period- HELP!

so my periods have always been irregular. ever since I got it when I was 12. but over the last few months it’s been a lot worse than normal. i even completely skipped my period one month. & then when i got it again it was at a totally random time & i was just spotting the whole week. i’ve been going through some tough times & have been extra stressed & I thought that might be the reason but idk.. i’m just kinda scared about it. if anyone has any advice please let me know because i’m currently getting even more stressed because of this & that’s the last thing I need!
