Traveling with nuvaring
Hello everyone, in July I’ll be going on a cruise yay!! But my birth control needs to be changed on July 11th and we leave the 6th. Has anyone had to travel with the birth control? Tips on keeping it cold?? What should I do? My doctor has okay’d me switching it out on the 3rd week so I don’t have a period because my periods get so bad I really don’t want to be miserable on my vacation.
