Not Sure

So I don't normally go to the doctor and I have never been to see a gynecologist. But I this like bump on the lip of my vagina, and I just recently felt a sore spot inside the lip and it feels like another bump. I'm scared to have someone look down there. I've never had sex or anything before. I don't know if I should see a doctor or what I would say.
